# AXM Coin

## Burning AXM

There are four ways to burn AXM:

### 1. **When activating Premium (always)**

Each time a user pays for a Premium subscription, 50% of the amount is burned and the remaining 50% is allocated to the Community Pool.

### 2. Burning upon undelegation (always)

With every undelegation of AXM, you pay a 10% fee on the amount being undelegated, which is subject to instant burning 30 days after the undelegation is initiated.

### 3. Burning network fees (always)

All AXM-related transactions incur network fees. Of each fee, 30% is burned, and the remainder is distributed as delegation rewards (the [share of network fees](https://docs.axiomeinfo.org/axiome-chain/pages/eQeAguH0AYAZIuhREAcU#id-2.-share-of-network-fees)).

### 4. Buyback-and-burn from [Axiome Futures](/axiome-trade/axiome-futures) profits

Every week, 10% of the trading fees collected on Axiome Futures will be used to buy back AXM and burn it immediately.


# AXM Staking

Complete guide to staking AXM coin on Axiome Chain: detailed overview of reward types and risk management.

DPoS (Delegated Proof of Stake) delegation is a mechanism for securely transferring (locking) your AXM in a validator’s stake. This mechanism was developed for the following purposes:

* Strengthening the stability of Axiome Chain. The more AXM is locked, the harder it is to influence consensus.
* Mining new AXM - ✅ Completed
* Providing the community with an attractive source of rewards.
* Reducing the circulation of free coins.

## Types of rewards

There are two types of staking rewards:

### 1. Share of Community Pool income

With the development of the Axiome ecosystem, the Community Pool will become one of the most attractive ways of generating profit in the cryptocurrency market.

This solution is an exceptionally effective method of rewarding stakers with multiple liquid rewards at once.

**The method of distributing the pool’s profit is extremely simple:**

1. Just go to the block explorer.
2. Open the Community Pool section.
3. Connect your wallet.
4. Claim your accumulated rewards with a single click!

### **2. Share of network fees**

All transactions in Axiome Chain require a fee paid to validators for execution. 30% of the collected fees are burned, and the remaining amount is distributed as follows: 70% to the validator’s delegators and 30% to the validator itself for maintaining and improving its node.

**Example:**

The total fee from all transactions included in a block amounted to 100 AXM. 30% (30 AXM) is immediately burned.

Seven validators participated in signing the block, splitting the remaining fee equally (10 AXM each).

You delegated 200 AXM to one of these validators, while the validator’s total stake is 1,000 AXM. Thus, your share in the validator’s stake is 20%. This means your reward is 20% of the fees collected by the validator, minus the validator’s 30% commission.

Result: (10 – 30%)\* 0.2 = 1.4 AXM.

* Choose reliable validators. If a validator misses a block, you won’t earn rewards for that block.
* In the [block explorer](https://axiomechain.org/validators), pay attention to the **Uptime** indicator. The higher this indicator, the more stable the validator.
* Delegate to multiple validators to minimize the risk of missing out on rewards.

## How to delegate AXM?

**Step 1.** In the Axiome Wallet mobile app, go to the “Staking” tab and open the “AXM Staking” section.

**Step 2.** Click the “Delegate” button.

## Where do delegation rewards go?

All delegation rewards accumulate in the same section (AXM Staking) under the “Delegated” card. Click “Claim” to transfer rewards to your wallet.

## How to undelegate AXM?

**Step 1.** Go to the “AXM Staking” section and click the “Undelegate” button.

**Step 2.** Select the validator and enter the amount for undelegation. Then click “Confirm.”

## How to cancel undelegation?

If you cancel an active undelegation before it is completed, your AXM will return to the validator’s stake, and the 10% burn will not occur.

**Step 1.** Find the transaction titled “Initiating Undelegation” in your AXM wallet’s transaction history.

**Step 2.** Click on this transaction and in the pop-up window, press the “Cancel” button.

**Step 3.** Refresh the page, find the same “Initiating Undelegation” transaction again, and make sure there is a red cross next to the amount, confirming that the undelegation was canceled and the AXM returned to the validator’s stake. You will also see a new transaction appear in your history: “Cancel Undelegation”.

# Community Pool

The ultimate share revenue model on Axiome Chain! Community Pool distributes ecosystem fees in multiple assets to AXM stakers and RET holders.

## What is the Community Pool?

It is perhaps the first real case in the cryptocurrency market where a blockchain’s native token provides the opportunity to earn income from all the flagship products of the ecosystem.

The Community Pool is a vault of collected rewards, consisting of a variety of assets coming from different ecosystem solutions.

* **70%** of the total Community Pool income is distributed among [AXM](/axiome-chain/axm-coin) stakers.
* **30%** goes to [RET](/axiome-chain/partnership-program#ret-referral-energy-token) token holders.

## Sources of Community Pool funding

### 1. Fees from Axiome Swap

**20% of the trading fee collected by Axiome Swap at the moment of any trade, regardless of the pair, goes to the Community Pool.** The remaining 80% goes to the liquidity providers of the pool.

**Example:**

In the CHAPA/AXM pair pool, the swap fee is set at 1%. That means a trader, when buying/selling CHAPA or AXM, pays a fee of 1% of the asset being sold.

Suppose a trader sells 10,000 CHAPA to buy AXM. As a result, they pay 100 CHAPA as a trading fee.

Of those 100 CHAPA:

* 80 CHAPA (80%) goes to liquidity providers as a reward.
* 20 CHAPA (20%) goes to the Community Pool.

Thanks to Axiome Swap, our Community Pool will accumulate a large variety of assets, allowing pool shareholders to reliably diversify their income!

### 2. Premium subscription activation

Each time a user pays for a [Premium](/axiome-chain/axiome-premium-subscription) subscription, 50% of the amount is burned and the remaining 50% is allocated to the Community Pool.

### 3. Fees from Axiome Pump

100% of all fees collected by Axiome Pump will be directed to the Community Pool:

* **$50** in AXM for creating a token.
* **10%** of the total AXM raised during a presale.

### 4. Fees from Axiome Futures

Axiome Futures will collect trading fees in highly liquid assets such as USDT, USDC, and AXM.

The weekly distribution of collected fees is as follows:

* 50% goes to liquidity providers (market makers) in the order book, depending on the pair and the amount of liquidity provided.
* 40% goes to the Community Pool.
* 10% is used for the weekly buyback and burn of AXM.

### 5. Fees from projects in the Axiome Accelerator

One of the key requirements for projects joining our accelerator will be allocating at least 15% of their generated revenue to the Community Pool.

# Partnership Program

The Axiome Chain Partnership Program: invite users, gain AXM rewards, access tools and exclusive benefits for growing ecosystem together!

## Partnership Reward

For each AXM [delegation](/axiome-chain/axm-staking) made by invited users in your team (up to 14 levels deep), RET tokens are minted at 15% of the delegated AXM amount and distributed to higher-level wallets.

For example, if a user delegates 1,000 AXM, Axiome Chain mints 150 RET tokens, which are distributed to upstream users based on their level and status.

## Statuses

To start receiving partnership rewards, you must reach the Starter status. If you lose this status, you will stop receiving partnership rewards.

**There are 7 statuses:**

When calculating status conditions, the metrics of all invited users up to your 14th level are taken into account, even if these levels are not yet unlocked by your current status. Unlocking a level with your status gives you the ability to receive partnership rewards from invitees at those levels.

New users who did not specify an inviter during registration are automatically distributed into the first line among wallets with **Guru** status. A small but nice bonus for growing within the status program.

You will receive a push notification **“Random user”** in the Axiome Wallet app when such a user joins your team.

If you do not meet the conditions of your current status, you have 7 days to catch up. If after 7 days the conditions are still not met, you will be downgraded to the status whose conditions are fulfilled.

Progress in the status system directly affects the unlocking of new levels in the partnership program. Below are the percentages you receive from the delegation amount of your invitee depending on their level relative to you.

**Step 1.** Open the Axiome Wallet mobile app and in the **“My Profile”** section click the **“Open at Explorer”** button:

## How to register a new user?

For a new user to register into your team at the first level, you must first [delegate](/axiome-chain/axm-staking#how-to-delegate-axm) at least 1 AXM. This requirement protects Axiome Chain from spam account attacks.

**Step 1.** Go to the **“My Profile”** section in the mobile app and copy your nickname by tapping on it.

**Step 2.** Send your username to the new user. They must enter it in the **“Your inviter”** field on the registration page.

Done! After completing the registration process, the new user will appear in your team at level 1.

## Where do partnership rewards go?

All partnership rewards are credited to your wallet immediately after any of your invited users delegate their AXM.

Open the Axiome Wallet app, go to the **“Wallet”** tab, select RET, and find all your partnership rewards in the transaction history:

### What is RET for?

After the full issuance of AXM, AXM staking will no longer generate [fixed percentages](https://docs.axiomeinfo.org/axiome-chain/pages/eQeAguH0AYAZIuhREAcU#id-1.-mining-new-axm) as delegation rewards. As a result, the 15% partnership fee will no longer be charged on new AXM delegations. At this point, RET comes into play, giving new life to the partnership program.

In fact, with the launch of RET, only one criterion changes:

**Previously, for the delegation of your invitees you received AXM → Now you will receive RET 1:1, as you would have received AXM.**

You personally invited a user. Since this user is on level 1 of your partnership structure, you are entitled to receive [5%](#levels-and-percentages) of their delegation.

Suppose this user delegated 1,000 AXM. Your reward would be 50 AXM.

But with RET, you will receive 50 RET instead of 50 AXM, because after the completion of AXM issuance, the 15% partnership fee will no longer be deducted from delegations.

### Where do RET tokens come from?

They are minted at the moment of partnership reward distribution. Therefore, RET issuance is unlimited.

The more AXM users delegate, the more RET is emitted.

### RET utility:

* 30% of all [Community Pool](/axiome-chain/community-pool) income belongs to RET holders! The remaining 70% goes to AXM stakers.
* Provides up to 30% discount on network fees. During a transaction, you will be able to burn RET from your balance to cover up to 30% of the network fee, based on the current exchange rate to AXM.
* A fully tradable asset. From day one after launch, a RET/AXM pool will be created on Axiome Swap. Even though RET will be minted 1:1 with AXM, its market price will differ. Especially in the first 6–12 months, RET’s price may even be higher than AXM due to the relatively small RET issuance compared to its entitlement to 30% of Community Pool assets.
* A deterministic token of the partnership program, giving momentum to community scaling through generous rewards.

In fact, there are only two user roles on Axiome Swap:

* **Liquidity providers** - either token creators who set up a liquidity pool (for example, $TOKEN/AXM) to allow their audience to buy or sell the token, or holders of various tokens who decide to earn additional income by providing these tokens as liquidity to pools in order to receive their share of trading fees. For these users, two other sections are relevant: "Positions" and "Pools".

By understanding this division of roles, it will be easier for you to read this document if you are new to the field.

## How to swap assets on Axiome Swap?

To swap assets, follow a few simple steps:

**Step 1.** Open the Axiome Trade app and go to the **“Swap”** section:

## How is the swap fee formed?

The swap fee structure is as follows:

1. When creating a pool, the creator sets the base fee level.
2. The contract automatically calculates an additional 20% of the pool creator’s fee.
3. The contract aggregates the total fee (base + 20%), which is shown to the trader in the swap details at the time of exchange.

The pool creator sets a 1% fee.

Axiome Trade’s fixed fee is 20% for all pairs.

As a result, the trader pays 1% + 0.2% (20% of 1%) = **1.2%**.

The full Axiome Trade fee portion is automatically sent to the [Community Pool](/axiome-chain/community-pool) for further distribution between AXM stakers (70%) and RET holders (30%).

## Features of working with liquidity pools

### 1. How to create a liquidity pool?

To create your own liquidity pool (a new market), go to the **“Pools”** section, click the **“Create pool”** button, and follow these steps:

**Step 1.** At this stage, you need to define the pair and the fee level.

* The **“Base asset”** field refers to the asset for which the market is being created - in most cases, this is the token you have issued yourself.
* The **“Quote asset”** field specifies the asset that defines the value of the base one - at this stage, AXM will be automatically selected.

In the fee selection field, follow the recommendations in the dropdown menu. The higher the fee, the more liquidity providers earn from your pool. However, it’s important to maintain a balance between attractiveness for liquidity providers and traders.

At the early stage, we recommend setting a 1% fee for all new pairs.

**Step 2.** Next, you need to set the starting price of the base asset in AXM and choose the price range in which your liquidity will operate.

The price setup depends on the goals of your project - the lower the starting price, the fewer AXM are required to create the pool and support price growth, and vice versa.

At this stage, users can provide liquidity only across the full price range. Therefore, the **“Price range”** field will have the **“Full Range (AMM)”** parameter selected by default.

**Step 3.** At this step, you’ll need to specify the initial liquidity amount you intend to provide to open the pool. However, the actual deposit will be made in the next (final) step, after the pool has been created by the Axiome Swap contract.

Enter the amount of the base asset - the AXM value will be automatically calculated based on two criteria:

* The price you set.
* The requirement to maintain a 1:1 value ratio between both assets.

Click **“Create pool.”**

A window will appear indicating that your liquidity pool is being created. Click “Open” to navigate to the pool page:

**Step 4.** Final step: you’ll need to deposit the initial liquidity to make the pool publicly available to all users - both liquidity providers and traders.

### 2. Steps for adding liquidity

**Step 1.** To start earning by providing liquidity to pools, go to the **“Pools”** section and choose the market where you want to add liquidity:

**Step 2.** Open the selected pool’s page. Here you’ll find key historical statistics, the pool’s balances and their proportions, as well as the total rewards earned by the pool:

**Step 3.** Scroll down a bit to find the liquidity provision section. Enter the amount in either asset - the value of the second asset will be automatically calculated based on the current base asset price in AXM. Then click **“Create Position":**

A **“Preview Deposit”** window will appear. Double-check all entered data, and if everything is correct, click **“Confirm”:**

**Step 4.** Open the Axiome Wallet app and sign the transaction:

### 3. How are fees distributed among liquidity providers?

To understand how the liquidity pool’s earned fees are distributed, it’s important to first understand how liquidity itself is provided:

When you create a liquidity pool or add liquidity to an existing one, LP tokens (liquidity provider tokens) are minted in proportion to the value of the liquidity you contribute relative to the total pool value. Simply put, LP tokens are a digital confirmation that you have supplied liquidity to a specific pool.

**Step-by-step process of LP token issuance:**

1. When your liquidity provision transaction is confirmed, your tokens are sent to the pool’s smart contract.
2. The contract records how much liquidity was in the pool before your deposit and calculates your proportional share.
3. Immediately after adding liquidity, LP tokens are automatically issued to you in the amount that reflects your proportional share of the pool.

**Example:**

The pool contains 100,000 TOKEN + 100,000 AXM.

There are 10,000 LP tokens in circulation.

You add 10,000 TOKEN + 10,000 AXM → you receive 1,000 LP tokens (10%).

You can find your LP tokens after providing liquidity in the [block explorer](https://dev.axiomechain.org/) on your wallet page under the **“Asset”** tab. LP tokens are labeled as: **WasmSwap\_Liquidity\_Token**.

### 4. How your income in the pool is formed?

Each time buy and sell trades pass through the pool, a trading fee (for example, 1%) is added to the pool. These fees are not distributed immediately but instead increase the total amount of tokens within the pool.

This means your share in LP tokens remains the same, but the **value of each LP token increases** because the pool has grown in size.

Therefore, when you withdraw, you receive more assets than you initially deposited - provided that a significant number of trades have occurred.

To compare how much liquidity you originally supplied versus the current valuation of your liquidity, pay attention to the **“Deposit Value”** and **“Current Value”** indicators in your position details:

* **Deposit Value** - the valuation of your assets at the moment they were added to the pool. After adding or removing liquidity from an existing position, this indicator is adjusted.
* **Current Value** - the current valuation of your share in the pool, expressed in USD.

In other words, to determine your income, simply subtract Deposit Value from Current Value - the difference represents your actual profit.

Simply put, **Deposit Value** is the price of your LP tokens at the moment of liquidity provision, while **Current Value** reflects their value at the current time.

### 5. Liquidity removal

1. In practice, you send your LP tokens back to the pool contract via a transaction.
2. The contract burns your LP tokens.
3. In return, you receive your proportional share of the pool’s assets (including your portion of accumulated trading fees).

To keep the interface clean and simple at the early stage, we decided not to implement direct user interaction with LP tokens - the entire process is streamlined for intuitive simplicity.

**Important:**

When withdrawing liquidity from a pool, you must understand that even if your share has increased in value, you will not withdraw assets in the same proportions as when you supplied them - due to pool rebalancing.

**Example scenario:**

The pool consists of 100 TOKEN (priced at 1 AXM each) + 100 AXM.

Your share (1%) = **1 TOKEN + 1 AXM**.

The TOKEN price doubles → 2 AXM.

To maintain balance (according to the formula *x\*y = k*), the new pool composition becomes 70.7 TOKEN and 141.4 AXM.

Your share (1%) = **0.707 TOKEN + 1.414 AXM**.

## Managing positions

### 1. How to manage a position?

Managing a position involves two scenarios:

* Adding liquidity.
* Removing liquidity.

To manage your position, go to the **“Positions”** section and click the **“Manage”** button next to the selected position:

To increase your position size, open the **“Add”** tab, enter the amount of one asset - the value of the second asset will be filled in automatically - and then confirm the transaction:

To remove liquidity from a position, open the **“Remove”** tab, enter the amount of liquidity you want to withdraw, and confirm the transaction:

### 2. How to share a position?

To share the performance of your position, go to the **“Positions”** section and click the **“Share”** button next to the selected position:

You’ll be prompted to download an image showing your position’s performance:

## Types of slippage and their settings

Slippage is the difference between the price at which you expected to execute a transaction and the price at which it was actually executed.

**Causes:**

* Low pool liquidity.
* Trade volume too large relative to the pool size.
* Price change during transaction confirmation.
* High asset volatility.

**In Axiome Swap, there are two types of slippage:**

1. When swapping assets.
2. When providing liquidity to a pool.

In both cases, you can set a **maximum slippage tolerance** by clicking the settings icon:

# Start blockchain node on Ubuntu

## Start Node by axmd-install.sh Script <a href="#start-node-by-axmd-initsh-script" id="start-node-by-axmd-initsh-script"></a>

You can start the axm node using the `axmd-install.sh` automation script. This script performs the following steps:

* Downloads the latest version of the prebuilt `axm-node` binaries.
* Downloads the prebuilt version of `cosmovisor`.
* Downloads `cosmovisor.service` and copies it to `/etc/systemd/system/`.
* Initializes the node with the provided name.
* Sets up the directory structure and initializes node configuration files with recommended values.
* Downloads the genesis file and places it into `$DAEMON_HOME/config/genesis.json`.
* Downloads the latest binary blocks and places them into `$DAEMON_HOME/data/`.

Download the script from GitHub releases, change its permissions, and run:

```sh
curl -L -o axmd-install.sh https://github.com/axiome-pro/axm-node/releases/download/v1.0.3/axmd-install-1.0.3.sh
chmod 755 axmd-install.sh
./axmd-install.sh -m <moniker> -h <daemon-home> -r <enable rest>
```

Script parameters:

* `-m` - moniker name (i.e., your node name).
* `-h` - daemon home (where to place daemon config and data files). Also sets the `$DAEMON_HOME` variable for `cosmovisor`. Defaults to `~/.axmd/`.
* `-r` - specify to enable blockchain app legacy REST endpoints.

After running this script, you can check $DAEMON\_HOME and correct your config files as needed (for config parameters, look in Cosmos SDK and Comet BFT docs).

Now you can start the node by running the cosmovisor service:

```sh
systemctl start cosmovisor 
```

P.S. You can safely remove `$DAEMON_HOME/data/blocks-latest.tar.gz` after start.

## Start node from scratch <a href="#start-node-from-scratch" id="start-node-from-scratch"></a>

First, you need to obtain binaries using one of two possibilities: get prebuilt binaries from our releases or build binaries from source codes. When binaries are ready, you can start the node using the genesis file (which takes longer), or download binary blocks and start from them.

### Get prebuilt binaries <a href="#get-prebuilt-binaries" id="get-prebuilt-binaries"></a>

Go to the [Releases](https://github.com/axiome-pro/axm-node/releases/) section of GitHub

Download appropriate file and move to `/usr/local/bin`

### Build from sources <a href="#build-from-sources" id="build-from-sources"></a>

Make sure you have Docker installed.

Download this repo and check out v1.0.0 version with

Build the application with make

make build-all
```

Copy a built binary from the builds directory to somewhere your OS could find it (i.e. some directory in a `$PATH`)

### Starting node from genesis file <a href="#starting-node-from-genesis-file" id="starting-node-from-genesis-file"></a>

Initialize your node with

axmd init [moniker] where [moniker] is a name you like.

Replace a just created genesis file (`$HOME/.axmd/config/genesis.json` by default) with one downloaded from <https://github.com/axiome-pro/axm-node/releases/download/v1.0.0/genesis.json>

Validate genesis file sha256 checksum (`efa132483274106bfbf425db2912218ed3219a6065491d73dc79abeba076be30`)

In the node configuration file (`$HOME/.axmd/config/config.toml` by default) set peers, seeds and consensus parameters:

The node will download and replay blocks, it may take a while.

# Become a validator

First of all you need to install, run and sync node, using [this instruction](/developer-documentation/start-blockchain-node-on-ubuntu).

> **Validation Requirements:**
>
> * Your account must be registered in the x/referral module to delegate and start validation (you can send 1 AXM to another validator using the mobile app or send a register-referral tx from the axm node CLI).
> * You need at least 23 529.411765 AXM in the main wallet to delegate to your own validator with a create-validator tx (you receive 20 000 AXM to the delegation balance because this amount will be decreased by 15% due to partner commissions payout).
> * At least a 4-core modern CPU (desktop or server line, not mobile solutions).
> * 16+ GB RAM.
> * NVMe SSD 500+ GB (Blockchain grows around 1-2GB per week).
> * 50+ Mbit/s low-latency network.
>
> P.S. We can change these hardware requirements due to blockchain and node network growth as we accumulate more real usage statistics.

We strongly recommend to read following article <https://docs.cometbft.com/v0.34/core/validators> to undestend how Comet BFT network building concept.

Then you need an account with at least 23 529.411765 AXM to delegate and start the node. Also, you need to add the key of your account to run necessary commands.

```sh
axmd keys add <mykey> --recover
```

Remark: This manual assumes your node binary is available on `$PATH` and `DAEMON_HOME` is set to its default location (`$HOME/.axmd`).

Now you need to create a JSON file with validator configuration (`validator.json` or something you like):

```json
{
  "pubkey": {"@type":"/cosmos.crypto.ed25519.PubKey","key":"<your-validator-key>"},
  "amount": "<your-staking-amount>",
  "moniker": "<public-name-of-your-validator>"
}
```

Where:

* `your-validator-key` is the validator key from the `axmd comet show-validator` command output.
* `your-staking-amount` is the initial self-stake of the validator in uaxm (must be 20 000 000 000 uaxm or higher. Don't forget about the x/referral module commission - use not less than 23 529 411 765 uaxm).
* `moniker` is your node's public name (shown in the app's staking list, changing this name costs tokens).

Now, send a transaction to create your validator and start signing blocks:

```sh
axmd tx staking create-validator validator.json --from <mykey> --gas auto --gas-adjustment=1.45 --gas-prices=1.7uaxm --chain-id axiome-1
```

Wait a few seconds for the transaction to be processed. Now your validator is running. You can check it in the validators list by running:

```sh
axmd q staking validators
```

# Join the Devnet

The **Devnet** is a public development network designed for testing new features, experimenting with smart contracts, and onboarding validators or developers — all without risking real assets.

It closely mirrors the mainnet environment, but with shorter block times, more relaxed parameters, and easier access to tokens for testing.

Use the Devnet to:

* Deploy and test CosmWasm smart contracts
* Interact with on-chain modules in a safe sandbox
* Validate node configuration before mainnet launch
* Report bugs and help improve the Axiome Chain

Whether you're a developer, validator, or just curious, Devnet is the ideal place to get started.

## How to Run a Devnet Node <a href="#how-to-run-a-devnet-node" id="how-to-run-a-devnet-node"></a>

Follow these steps to set up and run a node connected to the Axiome Devnet.

#### **1. Download the Devnet Build**

Download the latest version of the Devnet node binary from links below.

Linux x86\_64:

You also need to download the **`libwasmvm` shared library**, which is required for CosmWasm support.

> ⚠️ Make sure to place `libwasmvm.x86_64.so` in a location accessible by your system (e.g., `/usr/lib/` or `/usr/local/lib/`), and run `ldconfig` if necessary.

#### **2. Get the Genesis File**

Download the current `genesis.json` file from the provided link. At this step, we assume that the node has already been initialized with `axmd init <moniker>` and that your keys have been imported using `axmd keys add <key-name> --recover`.

And place it in your node’s configuration directory, usually located at:

#### **3. Configure the Node**

Open your `config.toml` file (typically located at `~/.axmd/config/config.toml`) and set the following:

* **Persistent peers** – a list of stable nodes to connect with.
* **RPC / P2P ports** – ensure they don’t conflict with other services.

Currently our devnet peer is:

```

#### **4. Start the Node**

Run the node using the downloaded binary:

```sh
./axmd start
```

If everything is configured correctly, your node should sync with the Devnet.

#### **(Optional) Create a systemd Service**

To run your node as a background service and start it automatically on boot, you can create a `systemd` unit file:

```sh
sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/axmd.service
```

Paste the following (update paths as needed):

```toml
[Unit]

# Deploy a Smart Contract on Devnet

This guide walks you through uploading, instantiating, and interacting with a CosmWasm smart contract on the Axiome Devnet. You can find the full CosmWasm documentation [here](https://cosmwasm.cosmos.network/).

## **Requirements**

Before you begin, make sure you have:

* A running **Devnet node** (or access to one via RPC)
* The **CosmWasm contract** compiled to `.wasm` (e.g., via `cargo run-script optimize`)
* The **CLI binary** (`axmd`) installed
* A **key** with testnet tokens (use a faucet if needed)

#### **Step 1: Create or Recover a Wallet**

# Sign a Smart Contract Call with Axiome Connect

Axiome Connect allows you to securely **sign smart contract calls** from external applications using either an authorization code or a QR code.

This is useful for integrating web apps, bots, or scripts with your wallet in a secure and interactive way.

### **Step 1: Prepare the JSON Payload**

Create a JSON object describing the smart contract call you want to sign. Here's an example for a token swap:

### **Step 2: Encode to Base64 and Prefix**

Encode the JSON as a Base64 string (without line breaks or padding), then prefix it with `axiomesign://`.

### **Step 3: Use Axiome Connect**

You have **two options** to sign the transaction:

#### **Option 1: Paste the string**

Paste the `axiomesign://...` string into the input field of **Axiome Connect** in your Axiome Wallet app (starting from version 2.1.12 in iOS and 2.0.56 in Android)

Press **Connect** — your app will decode the payload and ask you to **sign** the transaction.

#### **Option 2: Scan a QR Code**

You can also encode the `axiomesign://...` string into a **QR code** and scan it directly from the Axiome Connect mobile app.

> You can use any QR generator — just make sure the encoded string starts with `axiomesign://` and contains the full base64-encoded payload.

**Notes**

* `contract_addr` must be a valid CosmWasm contract address on the selected network.
* `funds` is optional if the contract call doesn’t require tokens.
* `memo` is optional and can be used for tagging or tracking.
* The app will preview the decoded message before signing.


# Add Extended CW20 Token Info

You can enhance your CW20 token with rich metadata such as website, social links, full description, images, and legal/audit info — stored off-chain and referenced from `marketing_info.project` in your smart contract.

### Step 1: Prepare Extended Metadata <a href="#step-1-prepare-extended-metadata" id="step-1-prepare-extended-metadata"></a>

The extended metadata must be stored as a JSON file hosted on a publicly accessible URL. The URL will be placed in the CW20 `marketing_info.project` field **with SHA-256 checksum verification** to ensure data integrity.

* `description.format` must be either `"markdown"` or `"text"`
* any fields except `version`, `name`, `symbol` can be set to `null` if not used
* `socials` can include any keys (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
* `description.content` can contain either a string or an array of objects:
  * If a string is provided, it will be used directly as the token description.
  * If an array of objects is provided, each object must have the following structure:\
    `{ "language": "<2-letter code>", "text": "<description string>" }`.\
    In this case, the application or explorer will select the most appropriate translation based on the user’s selected language.\
    The selection algorithm is as follows:
    1. Attempt to find a translation matching the user’s language using a two-letter language code according to **ISO 639-1**.
    2. If no matching language is found, attempt to use the `en` (English) translation.
    3. If `en` is not available, use the first translation in the list.

### Step 2: Calculate SHA-256 <a href="#step-2-calculate-sha-256" id="step-2-calculate-sha-256"></a>

To ensure the metadata has not been tampered with, calculate its **SHA-256 checksum** (of the raw file content).

# Axiome Trade Contract API

This document describes the public interface of the AMM contract for integration with third‑party applications and services. Message examples are provided in JSON format — exactly as they are sent to

## Notation and conventions

* Token denomination: a discriminator object indicating the type of asset. Exactly one of the following forms is used in requests/responses:
  * Native coin of the chain: `{ "native": "<denom>" }`
  * CW20 token: `{ "cw20": "<address>" }`
* Numeric fields:
  * Amounts are strings with integer values in minimal units (e.g., `uatom`, `uosmo`, etc.). No separators.
  * Fee percentages are decimal fractions in the inclusive range \[0, 1], also passed as strings (e.g., "0.003" = 0.3%).
  * Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all amounts are unsigned and specified in minimal units of their denomination.

## Queries (QueryMsg)

The contract supports the following queries. Each entry lists its purpose, request structure, and expected response.

## How to obtain a swap price

Depending on the direction, use one of the two pricing queries:

* Price Token1 -> Token2:

## How to obtain pool reserves and metadata

As a rule of thumb, the spot price is approximately `token1_reserve / token2_reserve` (depending on which way you quote).

## How to obtain current fees

* `token1_denom`, `token2_denom` — the assets that form the trading pair. Each is a discriminator object with either `native` or `cw20` key.
* `lp_token_code_id` — code ID of the CW20 contract used to mint the pool’s LP token.
* `owner` — admin address (may be null/omitted). Has the right to update fee parameters and owner.
* `protocol_fee_recipient` — recipient of the protocol fee (e.g., community pool).
* `protocol_fee_percent` — protocol fee share (0..1).
* `lp_fee_percent` — pool fee share (0..1).

## Execute messages (ExecuteMsg) — brief

Below are the key execute commands. Full field formats follow the contract schema and examples. If a parameter is marked optional (?), it may be omitted.

* add\_liquidity { token1\_amount, min\_liquidity, max\_token2, expiration? }
  * Adds liquidity to the pool. `min_liquidity` protects against adverse slippage; `max_token2` caps the counter‑asset deposit.
* remove\_liquidity { amount, min\_token1, min\_token2, expiration? }
  * Burns LP tokens and withdraws the share of reserves. Minimums protect against slippage.
* swap { input\_token: "token1"|"token2", input\_amount, min\_output, expiration? }
  * Standard swap. `min_output` is a slippage guard: actual output cannot be less.
* pass\_through\_swap { output\_amm\_address, input\_token, input\_token\_amount, output\_min\_token, expiration? }
  * Pass‑through swap using another AMM as the next hop. Useful for 2+ pool routes.
* swap\_and\_send\_to { input\_token, input\_amount, recipient, min\_token, expiration? }
  * Swap and then send the result to the specified address (e.g., payouts to a user/contract).
* update\_config { owner?, lp\_fee\_percent, protocol\_fee\_percent, protocol\_fee\_recipient }
  * Update fee parameters and owner. Requires owner privileges.
* freeze\_deposits { freeze }
  * Enable/disable accepting new liquidity deposits (administrative).

## Errors and general recommendations

* If input parameters are invalid (e.g., negative values, zero amounts, denomination mismatch), the contract will return an execution error and the transaction will be reverted.
* With low liquidity, the price query may return very small outputs; use `min_*` guards in execute messages.
* To assess slippage, first call the corresponding price query, then form the execute message with a reasonable margin.

## Compatibility and versions

* Message formats are compatible with the CosmWasm ecosystem and assume the standard mechanisms of sending queries/transactions through the network’s RPC/REST services.
* When upgrading the contract, follow the project’s changelog and verify whether field names or semantics have changed.
